"Storekeepeers"

Storekeepers were part of the ship's Supply Division, also known as "S" Division. Besides the Storekeepers, this division included bakers and cooks. "S" Division reported through the Supply & Disbursing Officer. Storekeeper duties included running the ship's payroll function.

The picture below was probably taken during the summer of 1944, most likely late June or early July.
