Ed Stewart was a Radio Technician during his time aboard BUSH. He was assigned to the ship for her entire life, participating in all events chronicled on this website.

Ed was lost with the BUSH on April 6, 1945. He was a Radio Technician 2nd Class at that time.

In Stockton, California the "Ed Stewart American Legion Post" pays tribute to Ed. In addition to taking Ed's name, the Post has maintained the display pictured on the left. That's the Post's south wall shown below.
